In booklet form, ' The Rise and Fall of Land ' brings together painting and prose into a lyrical exploration of Australian landscape. The theme is that of seasonal change, coming into and out of being.
I am also showing here pictures from 5 series of paintings painted in N.S.W. Australia, depicting responses to various aspects of Australian Landscape. All the paintings derive from continuing and extended field trips to these areas.
However, it is much more rewarding to see the actual paintings!
